 Mr. Wiwat also cited an example of Ground Potential Rise Case like in block valve station of Gas Station, from overhead line effects to Genset Control, and from lightning hit to the tower of cell site. Furthermore, he suggested us to desing and install Grounding and Lightning Protection to conform IEC 62305 Standard. This is because there is the theory and test report suports them; for instance, Test Report at University of Manchester, New Mexico. He also mentioned to NASA project in releasing spacecraft by using Catenary Wire to protect lightning, and installing Faraday System in Twin Tower (Malaysia).

(ISO 9001:2000) of Kumwell products in Grounding & Lightning System such as Graphite Mould, Exothermic Welding, Copperbond Ground Rod (UL Listed), Clamps, Conductors, Concrete Inspection Pit, More Effective Grounding (MEG) and Signal Reference Grid including Quality Control Circle (QCC) and applying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software in production line. Moreover, there is a demonstration of Exothermic Welding to make partner understand in each steps clearly.
At the end of lecture, there is a discussion to exchange ideas and experience among partners which is useful for them to take it back to apply in each country further on. |
