On Wednesday, 28 January 2026, Kumwell Corporation Public Company Limited paid a courtesy visit and held a meeting with the Division of Medical Engineering, Department of Health Service Support, to present information on the impact of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) on the public health sector. The meeting was led by Mr. Boonsak Kiatjaroonlert, Chief Executive Officer of Kumwell Corporation Public Company Limited, together with Assoc. Prof. Rear Adm. Dr. Weerachest Khun-ngern, Chief Innovation Officer. The delegation was welcomed by Mr. Adul Khaminkhiao, Director of the Division of Medical Engineering, along with executives and relevant officials who attended the session.
This meeting focused on the exchange of practical experiences regarding risks related to electromagnetic fields and electromagnetic interference, which may affect the performance of medical equipment and the safety of public healthcare service systems. The discussion aimed to raise awareness of the importance of effective electromagnetic field management and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
On this occasion, Kumwell expressed its readiness to support and promote collaboration with relevant organizations to jointly develop appropriate EMC risk management guidelines tailored to the context of Thailand’s public health sector. This initiative is aligned with the concept of CSV: Creating Shared Value – Safety to Society, which emphasizes the co-creation of safety value for society and the strengthening of long-term stability in the public healthcare system.
