Greenhouse Gas Management

Climate change has become increasingly severe, causing widespread impacts across the globe. The international community has recognized the growing risks posed by global warming and has strengthened its commitment to addressing this challenge through the Paris Agreement. As a Party to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Thailand has set national targets to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050 and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2065.

In support of these national commitments and as part of our responsibility toward sustainable development, the Company has established its own environmental goals and implemented the following initiatives:

The Company is currently undergoing verification of its greenhouse gas emissions to obtain certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO). The registration and certification process for carbon credits is expected to be completed in 2026, in accordance with the established implementation plan.

Supporting Projects and Initiatives

Solar Power Generation System at the Sai Yai Factory

  • Improved the welding powder production process by replacing the use of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) with electricity generated from renewable energy for the raw material drying process.
  • Installed solar power generation systems at the Sai Yai Factory and the Head Office. In 2025, the systems generated 277,041.23 kWh and 71,231.36 kWh of electricity, respectively.
  • Enhanced the production process for Concrete Inspection Pits by adopting a specially formulated cement and implementing Hybrid Technology. This improvement reduces dust emissions from the manufacturing process while promoting environmentally friendly production.
  • Implemented energy conservation policies and measures, including designing energy-efficient office and factory buildings, turning off computers and electrical equipment after working hours, and switching off lights and air conditioning during lunch breaks.
  • Conducted quarterly inspections and maintenance of air conditioning systems to detect refrigerant leaks and improve energy efficiency.
  • Advanced digital transformation through Smart Office initiatives, including upgrading Human Resources operations to support work-from-anywhere capabilities via Tiger Soft Cloud Service and adopting Microsoft 365, significantly reducing paper consumption.
  • Provided employee shuttle bus services to support commuting between home and the workplace, helping reduce private vehicle usage and associated greenhouse gas emissions.
