The Company selects business partners based on established qualification criteria using a business partner assessment form. The assessment covers environmental, social, governance, and business continuity aspects, and is used to evaluate risks, assess the reliability of business partners, determine their ability to meet the Company’s requirements, and review their sustainable supply chain management practices across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions.

Business partners that achieve the required assessment score are approved for procurement activities with the Company and are included in the Approved Vendor List (AVL). The Company has also developed an intranet-based procurement database in which business partners are categorized according to the types of products, services, and raw materials they provide. This enables all relevant departments to access procurement information efficiently and conduct procurement activities in a systematic and well-managed manner.
