Safety Knowledge, Skills and Culture Development
The Company places great importance on developing employees’ safety knowledge and skills by providing occupational health and safety training appropriate to their job responsibilities and levels of risk. This includes safety orientation for new employees, safety training for contractors and visitors, as well as additional training when there are changes in job responsibilities or work processes.
In addition, the Company encourages the participation of employees, contractors, visitors, and surrounding communities in fostering a strong safety culture through communication and awareness campaigns. The Company also provides opportunities for stakeholders to report unsafe conditions or incidents and propose recommendations for continuous safety improvement, as follows:
