2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

On Friday, April 25, 2025, Kumwell Corporation Public Company Limited held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to report on the Company’s performance over the past year, present its future development direction with transparency, and provide shareholders with an opportunity to gain insight into the Company’s growth plans.

During the meeting, the management team presented the Company’s business restructuring in line with its future growth strategy, with the establishment of five core business units to reflect Kumwell’s capabilities and expertise while responding to diverse market needs:

• Safety for Healthcare & Food
• Security & Safety

The Company also presented six key growth strategies, including the development of specialized solutions, the commercialization of technologies into New S-Curve products, and the systematic expansion of both domestic and international markets to strengthen the Company’s long-term growth potential.
