Employee Engagement

To achieve its organizational objectives through collaboration and a positive working environment, the Company recognizes that employees are key stakeholders who play an essential role in driving the organization toward its goals. Understanding and responding to employees’ expectations has therefore remained one of the Company’s key priorities.

The Company has established a framework to assess employees’ perceptions and perspectives toward the organization every two years through the development of an Employee Engagement Plan, in accordance with the guidelines of the Thailand Quality Award (TQA) criteria.

The Company conducts surveys to assess employee expectations and engagement, analyzes the results, and uses the findings to develop strategies aimed at strengthening employee engagement and participation. These initiatives support the achievement of organizational objectives, with the Company setting a target to maintain an employee engagement score of more than 80%.

The survey topics and assessment scores are as follows:

  1. Work Characteristics and Work Systems
  2. Job Security and Career Advancement
  3. Organizational Culture and Leadership
  4. Employee Motivation
  5. Workplace and Facilities
  6. Employee Engagement with the Company

Based on the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey, the Company achieved an average employee engagement score of 70%. The survey identified two key areas that require further consideration and improvement, as follows:

1. Workplace and Facilities

The survey found that employees expect the Company to improve the workplace, shared common areas, and workplace facilities, including work equipment, parking spaces, and access to database systems, to better support employees in performing their duties efficiently.

2. Employee Motivation, Compensation and Benefits

The survey found that employees expect the Company to provide modern and meaningful employee benefits that offer appropriate value and are aligned with the current cost of living.

By the end of 2025, the Company had implemented a number of development and improvement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, based on the results of the employee engagement assessment, as follows:

1. Employee Benefits and Motivation Improvement Initiatives

The Company implemented initiatives to enhance employee benefits and motivation, such as the installation of automatic beverage dispensers and adjustments to the Company’s provident fund contribution rates.

2. Workplace and Facilities Improvement Pilot Projects

The Company initiated projects to improve workplace facilities, including providing additional employee parking spaces by leasing nearby areas and providing common areas to support Company activities in 2025.

In addition, the Company provides facilities that support employees in performing their duties, together with a safe and appropriate working environment, to foster an inclusive workplace that promotes equality and equal opportunities for all employees.
