The Company regularly reviews and updates its Human Rights Policy and Guidelines, including the scope of human rights due diligence and the identification of relevant human rights issues, to ensure alignment with the international requirements and standards adopted by the Company.

The review takes into consideration the Company’s business activities throughout the entire supply chain, including the following:

• Operational Processes: Covering the receipt of raw materials and other products, manufacturing and production, product delivery, as well as collaboration with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Support Processes: Covering employee recruitment and selection, as well as employee management, development, and retention.
• Monitoring and Review Processes: Covering monitoring, inspection, and risk assessment of work processes to prevent potential human rights violations.

In addition, the Company considers relevant issues concerning its stakeholders and related industries as part of the framework for conducting human rights risk assessments, as follows:
