Performance, Compensation & Benefits
The Company has established a fair compensation policy, supported by clearly defined criteria for employee performance evaluation and annual salary adjustments. Employee performance is assessed across six key areas, with evaluation weightings determined according to position levels. The main assessment criteria include employee knowledge and competency tests, work performance records, supervisor evaluations, and performance assessments based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). KPI results are measured against the targets or performance standards established for each division and department, with the evaluation results subject to approval by the Executive Committee.
Upon completion of the organization-wide performance evaluation process, the Company uses the assessment results to develop appropriate training programs and development approaches aimed at enhancing employees’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
In addition, the Company provides employee benefits in accordance with legal requirements, as well as additional benefits beyond those required by law. These include employee uniforms, financial assistance for various circumstances, social security, accident insurance, and a provident fund.
