The Company is also committed to adhering to its Code of Conduct and human rights-related policies to ensure that its business operations are free from human rights violations. Accordingly, the Company has established human rights policies, guidelines, and processes to prevent human rights violations across all of its business activities.
The Human Resources Department, in collaboration with the Corporate Strategy Department, identifies and brings together employees who are responsible for or involved in human rights-related activities. The proposed members are then submitted to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for consideration and approval to establish the Human Rights and Labor Practices Committee.
